MiniCub’s ships products Pan-India through trusted logistics and courier partners. All shipments are handled with care to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within the same day on the date of order confirmation and successful payment. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and the logistics partner’s service coverage. Delivery timelines for remote or Tier-3 areas may be longer.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation. MiniCub’s may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional periods, subject to specific terms.
Delays & Exceptions
MiniCub’s endeavours to meet stated delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

- National public holidays or bandhs
- Service disruptions by third-party logistics providers
- Addresses in remote or restricted locations
MiniCub’s shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics partners once the shipment is dispatched. Customers will be provided with a tracking number to monitor their order in real time.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number via SMS. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the courier’s platform.
